Steps

Step 1. Select CSV (beta).
Type /csv to open the menu and select “CSV (beta)”.

Step 2. Choose the file.
A pop-up will appear, then click on “Add file”. When there’s no pre-existing table in the doc, then the only “Import Location” option available is “Create a new table”.

Step 3. Select and Next.
You will be prompted to select a file. You can select multiple files at this point. Then hit “Open” and you’ll be brought back to the pop-up where you can now select “Next”.
If you select multiple CSV files at this stage, you cannot import them into a pre-existing table — you can only create new tables for each CSV file you bulk import.

Step 4. Fix the column data types.
When you’re importing a CSV for the first time, then you will need to fix the column data types. Once this is done, you can select a pre-existing table to import into and your previously-selected column data type will be respected.

Step 5. Import more CSV files.
Once you have a new table on the page, you can continue importing other CSV files. Remember if you select multiple files at this stage, it will prompt you to create a new table. If you select a pre-existing table, then the data types are preserved.

Now you can rinse and repeat :)
