Hi there, I’m Fadlan! A Growth and Product Manager who spends most of his time at the messy intersection of business strategy, marketing, and product. Over the past 7 years I’ve shipped referral programs, sales academies, internal tools, joint-venture products, and credit-channeling platforms, usually as the person who turns “we need more transactions” into a funnel diagram, then into a roadmap, then into something that actually moves the metric.
I work best in early-stage and turnaround situations: small teams, ambiguous problems, fast feedback loops. My toolkit is Funnel Analysis + MECE for diagnosis, no/low-code (Glide, FlutterFlow, Coda) for MVPs, and a stubborn habit of validating assumptions before scaling spend.
Outside the day job, I run TheArchiGuys on YouTube and post tech hacks across Instagram and TikTok. mostly about travels and the side of “growth” nobody puts on a slide.
