What is Rumalaku?

Rumalaku is a joint operations project by Pashouses, Sinarmas Land, and Living Lab X (Living Lab Venture's Incubation Division). Rumalaku offers high-price home sales to all homeowners in the Sinarmas Land area with the Consignment+ system, where the homes for sale will be beautified and renovated first by Rumalaku to increase the selling price and readiness for immediate occupancy by potential home buyers.

Home sellers do not need to pay for renovation or beautification costs upfront, as we will deduct these costs once the house is sold. Easy and convenient.
