Your daily routine will be:
Craft and live the vision of product along with all the stakeholders
Analyze and build product strategy and plan to meet the vision and business needs
Discover product opportunity and prototype to find the most viable solution
Do research, build empathy toward user, and use data to understand problem and opportunity
Communicate, listen, and become a problem solver to build empowered product team
Gather solution and build a strong product specification with the team
You will survive the job if you:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager managing product roadmap and involve in its ideation
Experience in managing product of B2B or B2C e-commerce, marketplace, logistic or financing product
Strong knowledge of business and startup concept and theories
Experience in leading product manager team will be preferred
Has an entrepreneurial work style, a self-starter, possess strong sense of ownership and is driven to get things done
Experience in emphatizing with users and run design thinking principles
Natural leadership instincts with great interpersonal and communication skills. Works well with designers and engineers.
Know a lot of product management buzzwords and not hesitate to do experiment with them
Analytical mindset and have a good grasp on leveraging metric and data to reach the product vision
Passionate to bring impact to underserved farmers in rural areas
Pose unwavering confident and charm to evangelize the product and share the ownership of product vision

As a part of the engineering team in Debaede, you would be building performant and beautiful mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms using the React Native framework. You would be closely working with designers, engineers and stakeholders to drive product and technology innovation.
Job Responsibility:
Architect, build and maintain React Native applications with clean code.
Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university is preferred
-At least 1 year experience using React framework (required)
-Strong proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript with ES6+ syntax
-Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
-Experience with React Hooks, Functional and Class based Components.
-Experience in developing React Native app for ios and android platform and an understanding of React Native best practices
-Knowledge of functional and object oriented programming
-Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle
-Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
-Curiosity to explore creative solutions with strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Effective design sensibilities as they relate to applying a brand to digital experiences
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Firebase
-NoSQL Databases
-Having knowledge in native API is a plus point
