Website Registration
As a user, I want to be able to register for the service quickly and easily
Acceptance Criteria
When I am on the website plans page, when I select a plan to purchase, I should be provided with a form to put my information
I should be able to approve that the information I have provided will be used to create an account for me on the signal app.
If I already have an account on signal, my subscription information should be updated.
After filling my information on the form, I should be able to proceed to the payment gateway (Flutterwave)
All payment methods should be validated.
After my account has been created, I should receive all onboarding emails and directions on how to download and use the signal app.

Subscription Purchase
As a user, I want to be able to purchase a subscription plan from the website.
Acceptance Criteria
Given that I am a customer who already has an account with ERA, I want to be able to purchase a subscription plan.
User should see a list of available subscription plans.
User should be able to select a plan and proceed to the payment page.
Payment should be processed through the Flutterwave.
User should receive an email confirmation after successful subscription purchase.
After successful confirmation of payment, the user should be given value for their subscription.

Gift Subscription
As a user, I want to have the option to gift a subscription to another user.
Acceptance Criteria
The user should have the option to gift a subscription during the purchase process.
The customer gifting a subscription must be able to enter the recipient's email address for the gift.
The recipient should receive an email notification about the gifted subscription.
Note: The recipient of the gift should already has an account in the database.

PROFILE ACTIVATION
Profile activation
As a user who just registered from the website, I want to easily activate my profile to start using my subscription.
Acceptance Criteria
When I have registered on the website, I should receive a prompt to download the signal app and activate my account.
I should be able to use the email address used to register on the website to log into the signal app.
After completing my profile, my account and subscription information should be updated within the signal app.

View Subscriptions
As a user, I want to view my coverage options so that I can see the plan that best suits my needs.
Acceptance Criteria
When I log in to the signal application, I should see a clear and user-friendly interface to view subscription plans.

Select Subscriptions
As a user, I want to select my coverage options so that I can choose the plan that best suits my needs and budget
Acceptance Criteria
When I am on the subscription page the signal application, after I have been able to view the subscription plans, I should be able to select a subscription plan.
The available plans should be presented with a concise description of coverage and pricing.

SUBSCRIPTION
Make Payment
As a user, I want to be able to make a payment for a subscription plan so that I can access the services for a specific period.
Acceptance Criteria
When I am on the plans page, I should be able to select a plan to purchase
When I select the plan, I want to buy, when I click the get plan button, I should see a pop up and be presented with the option to make a one-time payment or a recurring payment
If I select a one-time payment, I should be able to select my preferred payment method
I should be able to pay using various payment methods such as card payment, bank transfer, ussd code and bank payment
All payment methods validate payment and users should be given value for the plan that was paid for.
If I select a recurring payment, I should be able to input my card information and make payment.

View Subscription Benefits
As a user, I want to view my coverage benefits so that I can view details of my subscription
Acceptance Criteria
When I am on the subscription page the signal application, after I have paid for a subscription plan, I should be able to view details of my subscription plan.

SUBSCRIPTION
Subscription Renewal
As a user, I want my subscription to be renewed at the end of the billing cycle, so that I can continue using the service without interruption.
Acceptance criteria:
Given that I have an active subscription, if I am on a recurring payment link, when the billing cycle is about to end (1 week), then I should see an email notification informing me that my subscription will be automatically renewed and the date and amount of the next charge.
Given that I have an active subscription and a valid payment method, when the billing cycle ends, then I should see an email notification informing me that my subscription has been successfully renewed and the date and amount of the charge.
If I am on a one-time payment link, I should receive an email notification informing me of my subscription expiration
When I want to renew my subscription on a one-time payment basis, I should be able to renew my subscription by following the subscription process
Given that my subscription has been renewed, my subscription benefits should also be renewed

SUBSCRIPTION
Subscription renewal failure
As a user, I want to be notified and assisted if my subscription fails to renew, so that I can resolve the issue and resume the service as soon as possible.
Acceptance criteria:
Given that I have an active subscription and an invalid payment method, when the billing cycle ends, then I should see an email notification informing me that my subscription has failed to renew and the reason for the failure (e.g. insufficient funds, expired card, etc.).
Given that I have an active subscription and an invalid payment method, when the billing cycle ends, then I should have a grace period of 7 days to update my payment method and renew my subscription without losing my data and preferences.
Given that I have updated my payment method within the grace period, when I click on the renew option, then I should receive an email notification informing me that my subscription has been successfully renewed and the date and amount of the charge.
Given that I have not updated my payment method within the grace period, when the grace period ends, then I should receive an email notification informing me that my subscription has been suspended and the date of the last billing cycle.

SUBSCRIPTION
Cancel Subscription
As a user, I want to be able to cancel my recurring subscription so that I can be taken off on the subscribed plans.
Acceptance Criteria
Given that I am logged in to the service, when I go to the account settings page, then I should see an option to cancel my subscription.
Given that I have an active subscription, when I click on the cancel option, then I should see a confirmation message asking me if I am sure I want to cancel my subscription.
After I have confirmed the cancellation, when I click on the confirm button, then I should see a success message as well as an email notification informing me that my subscription has been cancelled and the date of the last billing cycle.
After I have cancelled my subscription, when I go to the account settings page, then I should see an option to reactivate my subscription and automate the deduction before the end of the last billing cycle

Provider Network
Register for Provider services
As a user, after paying for a plan, I want to be able to be able to register for provider services so that I can have access to providers services
Acceptance Criteria
When I have paid for my subscription, I should be able to register on the provider services for HMO and auto insurance cover.
