EDO STATE SEGMENTATION

Background Context

The system to be implemented must mimic ERAs emergency response system. When an emergency call is placed, based on the origin of the call, it is sent to a dispatch Call Center within the precinct of the call. The dispatcher accepts the call and then forwards the situation to available registered responders within that precinct. The responder who accepts the case then move to the place of the emergency.
To make this possible, ERAs operations must be broken down into precincts. These precincts will instruct the system on the following.
where to direct a reported emergency (an inquiry)
which dispatch centre can see an inquiry and convert them to cases.
which responders and ambulances can be assigned to a case.
