Dispatch Web Application

Dispatch App: PRD
1. BACKGROUND
1.1 Overview
The ERA dispatch app is a solution that will help oversee the storage and retrieval of information, collection, documentation and dissemination of data and information for emergency cases.
1.2 Product Scope
This solution aims to digitize the dispatch process of emergency cases received by ERA. It will cater to critical activities such as emergency requests, incident reports, ambulance requests and hospital transfers. To achieve this, a web application will be built for the dispatch team to help ERA store and retrieve information more efficiently.
As a critical necessity for a seamless user experience, the app will be responsive on various kinds of devices such as desktop, mobile, and tablet. In addition to the above, the system would be hosted in the cloud and accessible over the internet to allow the users to connect off-site. The dispatch application will work in sync with the ambulance provider app, the hospital app, the responder app and the ERA user app (Signal: by ERA)
1.3 Product Objectives

To dispatch emergency cases efficiently
To track the progress of emergency cases
