Ability for the users to add their own media and make it public, similar to YouTube's creator studio
This will be the first major task(complexity and development time) the team will do; coming from a win, the team will be working on it with zeal.
With the RICE scoring, this scored the highest for the priority being a highly impacting. We also have user data to back this up.
The issues to be addressed are well documented, solutioning will take lesser time.

Fix all known bugs of the backlog. Regression testing of login and subscription flow.
These are known and reported bugs. We know this will impact the users in a positive way.
Short development time, enabling us to get user data easily and plan the next steps.
A quick win for the team boosting their morale and a goos start to the sprint/ roadmap. This will help them move on to the next complex task with ease.

Build a recommendation engine based on the preferences of the user to be set duing the onboaring process or in the My Profile section.
The TG for this will be vast, changing avatars will give us new promotional material and impact the onboarding experience.
This is a feature enhancement, a new welcomed change for our long time users. This will play part in boosting the Customer lifetime Value(CLV).

Add advanced rating pop up feature to get better and more ratings
After a long and high impact sprint, the results for which will take some time to come, the team need to work on a relatively less complex task with a shorter turn around. Will give them some space to blow off steam.
It scored second on the RICE scoring method.
This is a feature enhancement, for our long time users. This will play part in boosting the Customer lifetime Value(CLV).
