2. Why should I get a health & wellness coach?

Are you going through a transition in your life, and want guidance developing new habits? (e.g., career change, moving, retirement, graduating, transitioning out of a competitive sport)
Have you recently had a “wake up call” about your health and want to change it for the better?
Do you feel like you want to make better lifestyle choices but find it hard to? Or are able to for some period of time but revert back to old habits?
Do you know what kind of changes you want to make in your life but want accountability and personalized plans?
3. What will the coaching relationship look like?
I will work with you to design a plan that is best fit for your lifestyle, budget, and needs. Due to the collaborative and iterative nature of health & wellness coaching, I recommend multiple sessions over the course of weeks or months, with additional services (e.g., exercise or food guides) as needed.
