How to set up your team resource list


1. Make a copy of this doc

Start by making a personal copy of this template for yourself:

2. Get a fresh start

Once you’re ready to start customizing the doc, clear all the sample data. THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE (unless you hit Ctrl+Z on your keyboard immediately afterwards).

3. Customize the list

Go to the
page to add more resources to the list


4. Share this doc (two options)

a. Share with your team — Click 'Share' at the top of your doc to publish it with 'Edit' permissions enabled, turn 'Discoverable by anyone' to OFF, then copy & share the 'published link' with your team.

b. Share publicly with your network — Click 'Share' at the top of your doc to publish it with 'Play' permissions enabled, turn 'Discoverable by anyone' to ON, then copy & share the 'published link' on your social channels, like Twitter or LinkedIn.

IMPORTANT NOTE

To give people outside your team a chance to upvote resources, you need to publish the doc with 'Edit' permissions, so it's best to have a Coda plan that lets you 'hide pages' or 'lock pages' to keep others from making changes to (or inadvertently deleting) your datasources.
TIP: Feel free to delete everything in this text box to keep the doc tidy.
