Compulsive Order

Offloads authority to the room, to the innate structure

A “Compulsive Order” is a set of behaviors which are compelled via a conscious or unconscious acknowledgement of the conditions expressed within a local space. To be “true” to the space is to perform the emergent behaviors that are associated with the order of the higher/lower space that mediates the local space

Some compulsive orders (or aspects of a semi-occluded order) are explicit and obvious and compel uncontrolled reactions within the body, whereas others can be implicit and nonobvious and the appropriate behaviors only arise out of a heightened awareness of the space.

Other compulsive orders have to be symbolically understood, with the nature of their compulsion being a matter of the degree of faith one has in the symbol.

All compulsive orders emerge from a single point of irresolvability. This is the Point of the Space. We name this space to declare the purpose of the place. “School”, “Job”, “ etc.

Commanding Officer

Commanding Officers are Avatars of the Point of a Space. They act to uphold the Rule established by the Name of a Place (LAA). These are the ranges of characteristic the Naked Self wears when in the event of their intention.

Are seen as “rulers” of a space, in that they provide a measure of correctness for behavior within a context via how proximal one is to their symbolically perfect behavior, as they are a demonstrative example of their own living room.

Can be character profiles

As they are representations of what a person thinks they should do in relation to the spaces they inhabit and the intentions they express through these space. The intention gives the CO authority, so in violating the CO’s order the person would be acting against their own explicit intention.

As profiles they can act as reminders of what a person needs to do in circumstances in order to stay in line with their current intentions.
