What locations will you be volunteering at and what will you do?
Resilience Innovation Facilities summer camps will take place in Budapest and Győr
Support the work of Tdh staff to ensure the on-site safety of all children and care for them as needed
Help in the RIF workshops, assisting at off-site activities and chaperoning children in the cities to different locations
Take part in a diverse range of enjoyable and engaging activities to promote the psycho-social well-being of the children, fostering a positive and eventful experience for them
Support the operation of the activities, like logistics, room preparation and cleaning
Kitchen support and food serving during breakfast, lunch and dinner
The activities will take place from 9:00 till 17:00.
How to prepare?
Before the arrival we ask participants to complete a self-study course (
(enough to give the mandatory information) and after that you can open the course. When you finish you can print a certificate in PDF format, please send this to us by email. It’s advised to learn more about Games with a psycho-social aim, for this please check this

Join a preparation call to meet fellow volunteers and any questions you may have before the travel. It will be on the 29th of July at 5-6 pm in CET(Budapest time) on google meets. Video call link:
On the first Sunday (4th of August) a one day orientation training (9:00 - 17:00) will be provided by Egyesek staff members to discuss the schedule, rules and prepare for the service. We will meet at 9:00 at the hostel and will go together to the Resilience Innovation Facility in Budapest. This will be followed by mentoring sessions to support the learning and professional development of you. In the facilities the Tdh staff will provide further support if required.
What else will happen?
There will be safe sharing spaces and reflection groups during the program to support your emotional well-being and learning
we will suggest opportunities for the free time and help in anything you need!
