VERY IMPORTANT! CONSIDER THESE WHILE PLANNING YOUR TRAVEL

📅 In order to have enough rest time before the onboarding training, we ask you to arrive in Budapest (railway stations/bus stations) ⌚Not later than 8 pm on the 3d August and to leave the hostel ⌚Not later than 10 am on 18th August 2024 in Győr, and don’t leave any mess behind yourself.

Meeting point

We are going to wait for you at Deák Ferenc Square in Budapest and walk to the accommodation together. If this time is not suitable for you, you can go directly to the hostel on your own.

Budapest, Deák Ferenc square, next to 100E (airport) bus stop. There will be a colleague waiting for you at the meeting point.

🚉 LOCAL PUBLIC TRANSPORT

In order to plan your trips, check schedules, buy tickets and use Budapest’s public transport easily, you are advised to download the

BudapestGO mobile application⁠

. Google Maps is also a good alternative to check the best routes from one point to another.

How to get to Deák Ferenc square from Budapest Airport (45 min.):

Buy one “airport shuttle bus single ticket”, it costs 2200 HUF

at the ticket machine right in front of the exit or

use BudapestGO mobile application.

Take bus 100E just in front of the exit gate. Don’t forget to validate your ticket on the bus. Get off at the stop called “Deák Ferenc tér”.

How to get directly to the accommodation from Budapest Airport:

In case you are arriving much sooner or later than the meeting time, you can go directly to the hostel. In this case please let us know about it, so our colleague doesn’t have to wait for you at the meeting point.

You have to go to Deák Ferenc square as well, according to the guidance above.

Walk 6 minutes to the accommodation.

You will be provided with a public transport ticket (15-day Budapest pass) on the onboarding training. For Ukrainien citizen the public transport is free in Budapest.

In case you get a single ticket while commuting in Budapest, remember that you have to validate a single ticket every time you get on a vehicle. You can buy that in the purple machines or through the BudapestGO app for 450 HUF.

Győr

We will travel together to Győr by train on the 11st of August at 5 pm from Keleti Train station. All venues in Győr will be easily accessible by walking, so there is no need for public transport.

You will leave to Budapest airport directly from Győr on the 18th of August.
