!
I’ve designed this simple to use Coda Doc to keep track of , and ! It’s pretty self explanatory but a few things that I’ve outlined below need to be updated before you can use it. Please note that any changes to formulas, formats etc. need to be done when you have logged in from a computer or laptop. (FYI Coda sees iPads as mobile devices) I’ve also added a few hints below the Data Update section. Hope you find this doc useful and feel free to reach out to me with any questions.

Erin’s Quick Tips

Feel free to delete the Welcome Page once you’ve got a feel for the doc. Right Click the 3-dot menu button and then select “Delete Page”
For Deployments, you’ll need to make sure you are correctly entering the time you were activated and the time that you demobilized.
Add a bookmark for easier navigation on your mobile device! Right click on the 3-dot menu next to the page you want to create a bookmark for. Then select “Bookmark for me”. Those will show on the bottom of the page when you are logged into this document on your mobile device.
Share this doc this all your TF buddies if you think it would be helpful! Here’s the link:
If you have 2 separate deployments but they are under the same Incident Name, you could try adding something to the end of the name in that column. That way you can distinguish between them in the tables.
Once you’ve copied the doc into your Coda workspace it is yours! I can NOT see anything that you put in the tables. You’ve essentially created a unlinked copy of a Doc I created. This means you can make any changes you want to it! If you have any suggestions or ways to make it better, let me know!

Want to print your doc?
This is not the way.
Try clicking the ⋯ next to your doc name or using a keyboard shortcut (
CtrlP
) instead.
