our “investors”/”funders” get first opportunities / early-access if/when we open up for investments in the future

We are offering an extremely generous 50% APY on the first $100K of loans

afterwards this amount will drop down to 25% APY (still quite generous) on the next $250K of loans

loan repayments start one year after borrowing-date

when the loaned-amount hits our bank account

Line of Credit Style Lending

we are looking for people to commit the funds but we want to pull the funds in chunks of like $20K so we aren’t paying the interest on funds we aren’t using

Capital Uses

Team Expansion

in order to be successful we need to be able to afford to retain great talent

sales & marketing staff are vital

Payroll

allows us to have a piece of mind that we are going to be able to pay ourselves a living-wage
