In this roadmap, I assume I'm a QA Lead starting on the 3rd week of August 2025. Lead 11 QA Engineers across 6 different teams (Mobile, Mengantar, Formulir, Buat.id, Buat.ai, and Product Source). My goal is to unify and improve the quality strategy across all teams while aligning it with business goals.
