This document can be used by Private Charter Brokers to track their customer contacts, incoming quote requests, create quotes and send quotes to customers.

Operations Board

The operations board is a home base for the broker. From here dashboard give an over of the business and a connection to email displays incoming charter requests.

Quote Workbook

The quote workbook lets the broker create all of the details for a new quote response to go to the customer.

Start by clearing the workbook especially if there is already data in the Itinerary

Select the Customer, Regulation and Trip Type from the dropdown fields

Add a new row (leg) to the itinerary

Continue adding legs until the entire trip is complete

Review the Quote Details section and add or remove any pricing additions

Once the quote is complete select the Save Quote button to store the data and send to the customer

Quotes

Once a quote has been saved from the Quote Workbook a new row will be added to the Quotes list. Each row will contain all details of a unique quote. Quotes can be resent to a customer from the send quote button.

Aircraft

The Aircraft table is a list of all Aircraft details that can be quoted. There are two subpages for Aircraft Pricing options and Aircraft Type information.
