With this handbook, we aim to make BLR a more fulfilling place for work and life.
Over time, we will collect qualitative and quantitative feedback to learn how this experiment is going and to keep iterating on this handbook. i.e., learn about what we should keep doing; stop doing; and start doing.
We'll collect feedback in two ways:
Get an ongoing feel from the team in the form of casual feedback. This qualitative approach will happen naturally as we implement, experience, and discuss the new concepts and activities. Periodically survey the team. For this quantitative approach, we created a set of North Star statements that team members will rate once a quarter. We expect these statements to change over time, as we learn what helps us measure our progress.
