Seed Interaction

Seed on deFarm is a unique social token tied to user reputation and performance, allowing minting, purchasing, or selling. It acts as an access key to exclusive content and investment opportunities, with its value fluctuating based on market activities. For more details, please refer to

Enable your Seed

All users on deFarm have the ability to activate their own Seeds. To start, you need to visit the

Seed’s page⁠

, or use our Portfolio navigation as outlined in the

Explore Portfolio⁠

Since your Seed hasn't been enabled yet, you'll initially see an empty page. The first action is to click the “Enable Now” button.

Upon clicking, a pop-up will appear, providing an easy way to share with friends that you've just enabled Seeds on deFarm. It includes call-to-action phrases to guide them to your Portfolio page. You can then click “Share on X” and “Share on Telegram” to share this milestone on these social platforms.

Now, let’s move on to the main part. As per the instructions on the page, you must link your X account to your deFarm Portfolio before you can enable Seeds. If your account is already linked, you can proceed; if not, click on “Link with X”.

A pop-up from X will appear, requesting authorization for deFarm. This permission is limited to only viewing your posts, so don’t be worried.

The following step involves choosing the Seed price curve. There are three options available: Aggressive, Neutral, and Friendly. Selecting Aggressive will result in the most volatility for your Seed's value, while Friendly will give the least volatility.

Aggressive: Pricing Formula = Circulating supply ^2/ 12000

Neutral: Pricing Formula = Circulating supply ^2/ 24000

⁠

Friendly: Pricing Formula = Circulating supply ^2/ 36000

⁠

Once you've selected the appropriate curve for your Seed, your final action is to click "Enable Seed." Following this, a final confirmation message will inform you that once the Seed is enabled, changing the linked X account will no longer be possible.

The truly last step involves confirming the transaction on your wallet.

⁠

Once you've enabled Seed, your Seed Page will become fully accessible and displayed. It's important to node that that after successful activation, you automatically receive 1 Seed of your own. This particular Seed cannot be sold; hence, minimum number of Seed holders will always be at least 1. From now on, you’re more than ready to build up your Portfolio on deFarm!

Buy/Sell Seed

As deFarm users, you can buy and sell Seeds of anyone.

In our buy/sell dashboard, there are two big tabs which are “Buy Seed” and “Sell Seed”. We also display the number of Seeds you’re holding of this user here.

In order to buy or sell Seeds of anyone, just input the number of Seeds you want to buy/sell in the “Quantity” box, we have some quick options such as 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 but you can choose any integer number, then click the button “Buy now”/”Sell now” below.

The last step is to confirm your transaction on Metamask.

If your transaction goes through, you will receive this notifcation. Congratz!
