3. About Dania, in a Nutshell

I didn’t enter Product Management from the outside. I grew into it through years of working close to products, users, and business decisions, and by deliberately placing myself in environments where product thinking is practiced, challenged, and applied.
For over eight years, I worked across SaaS and B2B environments, helping teams clarify product value, shape positioning, and communicate complex offerings in ways users could understand and act on. That work required constant problem framing, user empathy, and systems thinking; asking what problem we’re solving, for whom, and how success should be measured.
Today, I operate as a Junior Product Manager with a strong product marketing foundation, contributing across product discovery, MVP scoping, launch readiness, and adoption-focused initiatives. Through 1:1 product management coaching with a VP of Product, I worked through a full product lifecycle case (Duolingo), covering problem definition, user research, solution trade-offs, MVP definition, rollout planning, success metrics, and post-launch iteration; strengthening my ability to connect user insight, business context, and execution decisions.
Alongside this, I intentionally immerse myself in applied product environments. I’ve completed agile-focused product training centered on iterative delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and adaptive planning, and I actively contribute as a Product Marketing Manager within a product-led Agile community. In that role, I support positioning initiatives, program launches, and member adoption across events, workshops, and content, applying PM and Agile frameworks in a live, collaborative setting under ongoing coaching.
I bring particular strength in user research, UX writing, onboarding flows, and product positioning; areas where clarity directly impacts adoption and outcomes. I work comfortably across product, design, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders, helping align perspectives and translate insight into practical product decisions.
What I bring to product teams:
+ Product discovery and research grounded in real user behavior.
+ Clear problem framing, MVP scoping, and lifecycle thinking.
+ Strong UX and product communication that supports understanding and adoption.
+ Cross-functional fluency across product, design, tech, and go-to-market teams.
+ A bias toward clarity, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
I’m especially interested in growing within Core PM, Discovery PM, and Growth PM roles, while continuing to deepen execution skills through hands-on practice, coaching, and community-driven product work.
I believe good products aren’t built through theory alone, they’re built through continuous exposure, iteration, and better decisions. That’s the work I’m focused on.
