It's at your discretion if you think a section needs to be on camera or just voiceover. The way I do it is I usually read the script through out so that I can see the flow. From there I decide on which needs to be on camera or voiceover. Theeen, another tip is that if you think it'll be hard to show it in the slides without being text heavy then on camera is a way to go cause we can use it on either a split screen or just full on.
