Overview
The Throat Chakra holds a central position, embodying the importance of clear communication and branding to establish a consistent and easily recognizable identity. This commitment is reflected in the diligent efforts of its Marketing and Communications which includes the crafting of authentic communication strategies, overseeing brand messaging, and ensuring uniform communication across all channels. From what I've observed, there is a conscientious endeavor to maintain both clarity and transparency in communications, consistent branding, and well-thought-out messaging across the various utilized channels. My observations reveal a deliberate commitment to sustaining both transparent and clear communication, cohesive branding, and thoughtfully crafted messaging across the diverse communication platforms in use.
The identified communication and marketing channels currently used by Wild Heart include the following;
Gmail for Email
Signal for community chat messaging
Zoom for online video conferencing
Google Drive for Cloud Storage
Google Docs for file sharing
Google Spreadsheets for organizational data structuring and event scheduling
Mailchimp for CRM and marketing Workflowy for knowledge management and project management
Active Software for course management.
The synthesis of the assessment emphasizes the significance of optimizing the flow of both communication and marketing channels within the organization to facilitate expansion. Recognizing the critical role of effective communication and marketing, particularly during periods of growth, necessitates a deliberate focus on assessing these aspects. The consideration of potentially integrating additional software applications aims to optimize energy and time within the operations, enhancing the efficient flow of information, promoting transparency, and contributing to the overall growth and community development of the organization.
Regarding marketing practices, I understand that Wild Heart employs email marketing, print advertising, and several social media channels. Notably, these channels are presently not managed by a dedicated marketing or social media management system. Additionally, the absence of a system for scheduling appointments, meetings, and events that fall outside the class category represents a notable gap that we should aim to address. This becomes particularly important as Wild Heart charts its course for expansion, and bridging any gaps along the way is a priority in relationship to our strategic planning. Lastly we will want to further assess the organizations feedback mechanisms that you have been testing over time to explore what needs to be furthered nurtured, reinforced, and/or created to best understand where more resilience can be established within the organizational.
