The Treasury provides a view into a collectives financial accounts - providing access to credentials, how much currency is available, and who’s managing them.

The managers are responsible for managing money and risks while promoting economic prosperity and ensuring the financial sustainability. This includes enabling financial workflows such as reconciliation, balance calculation, auditing and reporting of assets.
