General Management Spheres

The General Management Spheres within the holonic governance framework ensure cohesion and effective coordination across diverse holons and thematic areas. Comprised of representatives from various holons, including primary, thematic, and operational segments, these spheres oversee overarching coordination and decision-making processes.

Key Points:

Each holon, including primary, thematic, and operational holons, is represented by one member, with a minimum membership requirement of 9, extendable to 27 for enhanced diversity and trustworthiness.

One to three vision guards are incorporated within each sphere to provide strategic guidance.

The Joint Ring-Iris Sphere is responsible for overarching coordination, ensuring cohesion and alignment across the organization.

Membership and Structure:

Membership is structured to promote diversity and trustworthiness, with flexibility to accommodate varying needs. Key roles include representatives from main holons, focalizers, operational leaders, and holon secretaries, ensuring smooth functioning.

Additionally, the Triangle - Operating Engine, formed by key holons such as Partnership and Project Management, Administration and Finance, and Communication and Facilitation, enhances operational efficiency and strategic alignment within the governance structure.
