Each holon, including primary, thematic, and operational holons, is represented by one member, with a minimum membership requirement of 9, extendable to 27 for enhanced diversity and trustworthiness. One to three vision guards are incorporated within each sphere to provide strategic guidance. The Joint Ring-Iris Sphere is responsible for overarching coordination, ensuring cohesion and alignment across the organization. Membership and Structure:
