The goal is to successfully create a newsletter draft from the “Monday Email” template.
Step 1: Sign In
Log in to your . Note that your dashboard may look different based on your account type (contributor or super admin). Step 2: Access Template
Do not click "Start Writing" at this point. a. Instead, go to “Menu” on the left of your dashboard.
Click “Write” and then “Posts” Step 3: Select a Template
Look for the option to “Use template” - the “more” arrow by the start writing button. a. Click “Choose template”
b. Select the "Monday email" template.
Step 4: Start Drafting
Begin writing your email draft.
You are only allowed to handle sections assigned to you. Specific instructions would be provided during the week
Step 5: Handling Remote Jobs Section
Delete any placeholder content if there's no featured job. Paste the already sorted job listings from the google docs. a. Ensure you have titles for all job types, adding any missing ones if necessary.
Step 6: Title
Add the date to your draft title ensuring you asterisks any draft so there are no mix-ups e.g. "August 29th *", Add the total number of remote jobs sorted that week to the subtitle section “e.g. Plus: ___ remote jobs this week”. Make any necessary edits or additions. Step 7: Finalize and Sync
Review the draft and make sure that it is synced and looks good. Step 8: Exit
Once you've completed your part, exit the email editor.
