Process

Week 1. Content Strategy Workshop

90-minute deep dive with the founder, senior sales, or marketing team to ensure your entire content operation is aligned on company goals, target customers, marketing channels, outcomes, revenue, KPIs, and every other metric.
The content strategy workshop ensures every other step provides maximum ROI and relevant results.

Week 2. Website Audit

We go page-by-page through your entire website to identify technical issues that are blocking you from ranking or indexing correctly on search engines.
We’ll also identify low-quality content, underperforming pages, and quick wins you can implement to immediately boost traffic and conversions without publishing a single piece of new content.

Week 3. Competitor and Market Analysis

We’ll reverse engineer your top competitors’ content strategies and show you how to race ahead of them with superior copy and content.

Week 4. Analytics and Tracking Review

Fed up with Google Analytics 4?
We’ll review your tracking and analytics infrastructure to ensure you’re not missing critical insights, and ensure you’re primed to effectively judge future content marketing efforts, and suggest 3rd party tools to enhance your private data stack.

Week 5. SEO Roadmap & Revenue Projection

Taking everything we’ve learned in previous steps, we’ll provide an actionable roadmap you can use to customer and conversion focused content at your own pace. Pick keywords based on their funnel depth, content type, ease of production, cost, and likelihood to rank quickly. Decide to target keywords with new or updated content, product pages or blog posts, video or written text.

Week 6. Implementation

Most agencies hide their reports and strategies until you sign a 12-month retainer with no guarantee for success.
Not us.
At the end of the sprint, we’ll hand everything over with clear instructions on how to move forward. You can implement in-house or extend your package.
You’ll have three options to proceed:
In-house: You take 100% ownership of the work and outcomes with your internal marketing team
Done with you: We’re available as fractional content managers to train your team, work as your editors, QA your content, and ensure everything is primed for success
Done for you: We take care of the entire process, providing end-to-end content production via batched content packages.
