The Business Model Canvas

The Business Model Canvas⁠

allows you to describe a business model on a single page. With this tool you can understand, design, challenge, discuss and optimize business models. You can explore what-if questions to modify an existing model or to invent a new one. For our example, we examine the business models of the Big Five High Tech Companies: Google (Alphabet), Apple, Facebook (Meta), Amazon and Microsoft.
