Apon arrival you will need to collect the keys from our lockbox situated inside our postbox. 13.6.
Use the enterance on the corner of Beach Road and Kruger Street. Once inside the building, walk left around the coffee shop, you will see the postboxes running down a short hallway.
Our postbox is located on the far left side, close to the glass doors. Postbox 13.6.

The entrance to the parking garage is on Level P1. Your Parking Bay is located on P8 As you drive up the ramp onto P8, turn left and on the left is the parking bay Unit 1306
Parking Bay to Apartment
Facing the ramp, to the left, is the Fireman Lift. Use the Grey Access Disc to enter and the lift will take you to the 13th floor. As you come out of the stairwell, turn right and follow the passage all the way to the end, where you will find apartment 1306.
The Grey Disc is used to access all internal doors in the building.
The Red Button on the blue remote is used to exit the parking garage.

Our housekeeper can be arranged at an extra cost of R400 per day. Please speak with us regarding her availability.
Our apartment is selfcatering. It is expect of you that when you check out and leave the apartment, it is return to us in a neat and tidy manor. This means that all dishes and glasses have at least been placed in the dishwasher. All trash and waste has been placed in the bin and the bin taken out.
It is expect that the our apartment is returned in a similiar condition you found it.
Please do not worry about laundry, we will take care of that on the day you check out.
Should the kitchen waste bin become full, or if you wish to dispose of any other waste, this can be put into the large black Bins which are in the stairwell to the right of the Central double Lifts
Check Out - please leave the apartment keys back in the post-box on the ground floor by 10 am on the day of your departure.
