We've held many conversations over Ultraviews fundraise and are in deeper diligence with several funds for our $2.5M seed raise. Soft commitments have been made, but there is limited space still available. Our close date has been adjusted due to the holidays, and have set the funding close date to January 30th. For commitments made and SAFE agreement signed before December 31st, a discount will be applied.

Series Seed Funding Objectives (Jan 2024 - March 2025)

Leadership Team Onboarding: Onboard full-time leadership team to drive product and business strategy execution.

Engineering Team Onboarding: Expand the engineering team to advance our technical roadmap.

This includes focusing on product development, technology integration, and addressing market demands.

Computer Vision Advancement: Invest in enhancing our computer vision capabilities, utilizing synthetic data to refine our algorithms and improve accuracy.

Early Access Program Implementation: Launch an Early Access Program with 3-4 initial customers.

The goal is to gather data on deployment timelines and conversion rates from pilot programs to full-scale contracts and to assess customer satisfaction and system reliability.
