These are members with the lowest access. They can engage in the digital aspects of Cohere by joining community boards, purchase discounted goods and services from our other members, take part in educational programs and other offerings at this level.
We will need to determine what are the requirements for this level to move to the next.
This level is free to join and has very limited access to Cohere locations. They can stay at Cohere locations (CL) via invite, only from other higher tier members or Cohere directly. These members have full access to partner locations.

Contributors

These members are engaged in the various layers of the creation process of Cohere or network activities. These members are contributing a few hours a month to the DAO projects or doing bounties for the DAO or Cohere directly. They have access to stay at Cohere locations for 3-9 months (mid to long term stays). They have the opportunity to earn DAO NFTs or Cohere Securities depending on what projects they are involved in. They are not required to contribute but if they want to move to the next tier, they would need to complete a certain amount of time, energy or other contributions to move along with specific training programs or educational courses. These members pay at least $30/mo to be a part of the network.

Creators

These members are dedicated to the Cohere mission and provide critical roles in the network. They are the cooks, community managers, facilitators, wellness practitioners, etc. and are very involved in the physical aspects of Cohere. They are mentors and support the lower tiers with their journey through the network and are the backbone of developing the stability and consistency of Cohere. They are the culture creators and support maintaining the vibe of coherence at all locations, helping to propagate the core values of Cohere and its members. They pay at least $100/mo to be a part of the network. They have the opportunity to not only gain DAO NFTs, Cohere Security Tokens but also be paid out in cash or ETH for the work they are doing. They are awarded longer term stays at our locations and additional perks that are location specific. They pay a higher price for network access but get multiples in benefits, rewards, and compensation. They are training in various skills and have a level of knowledge and aptitude to be student teachers for other members.

Leaders

These are the highest tier members and are very integrated into Cohere and their chosen community(ies). They have progressed through the various educational skills to become leaders in the network, providing expert insight and advice to the local community level and network as a whole. They are igniters and brand ambassadors for newcomers and people curious to join. They can earn all the various tokens, get paid in fiat or ETH, and are approved to start their own franchise Cohere community. They can choose to seed a new location and catalyze the energy and people needed to build up a new community. In this way, they can earn massive multiples higher than the other tiers because their work would enhance the whole network through expansion of new locations but also receive profit shares in the locations they build out. They are industry experts in their chosen field(s) and organizational masterminds capable of inspiring and motivating components of the network to work together towards a shared vision or project within the Cohere network.
