I supported the Launch of Gemini's Crypto Back Credit Card, as well as the explosive growth of Nifty Gateway. I tried to setup a DEI initiative to support women and women of color founders in the crypto space, but it was not a priority for the firm. Aside from my corporate day to day, I'm working to get more involved with early stage startups that I feel aligned to. And beyond that, my favorite eternal project is the journey I am on of self discovery and being open and available to where my journey leads me.

User experience, Facilitator, Connector of people, ideas, and passions. Review of agreements and deals put in place to support the facilitation of the lab and ongoing labs.
Who and what do you care about? What causes or issues matter to you the most?
I care deeply about my physical and spiritual evolution.
I am fascinated by the Human Condition, Psychology, and the Mind/Body/Spirit Connection.
What inspires you to focus your energy on this work?
Cohere represents and embodies the integration of multiple faucets of my life that I have experience in, or are passionate about. Conscious Living, Spiritual Development, Travel, Community, Investments, and Crypto.
I am most drawn to the ethos, aesthetic, and conscious design going into the development of a new way of relating and creating within a work environment. All of this is being born from the founders first having personally embodying the values and principles, that they are integrated into the work aspect of life; this is the necessary foundation for Cohere to be successful.
Briefly describe your professional background and core creative skills.
I've worked 12+ year in Strategic Sourcing/Supplier Relations; Through this I've developed business expertise in Commercial Negotiation, Deal Making, Contract Reviews, Supplier Evaluations and Ongoing Management, Training, Deck Creations, and Relationship Development (both internally and externally)
Apart from this, I am intrinsically creative and inquisitive. I enjoy problem solving, critical thinking, introspection, and bringing visions to reality.
I am also a photographer a I used to be more involved in video production with my drone. Now I mostly photograph Private Jets, Landscape, and Toddlers. Some of my Jet work is here (https://samicreativeservices.pixieset.com/jetportfolio/)
What helps you to be successful in a collaborative environment or team?
Psychological Safety - An environment that fosters trust through safe spaces, open-mindedness, feedback, and conscious leadership.
Collaboration - I enjoy working with others and exchanging ideas, brainstorming, and problem solving.
Accountability - I perform best in an environment of high accountability. Safety to make mistakes is critical, but having an environment where there is no accountability is detrimental.
Balance of Feminine and Masculine Energy - A goal oriented environment with a clear vision that also supports the fluidity of creation, and respects the process by which things need to get done.
Aesthetics - Comfort, Style and flexibility in my work environmental also supports the feel and culture of the work being completed.

Of the roles listed above, which are you most excited to contribute and why?
User Experience; I am most excited for this because it will help give me a 360 view of how someone will interact with and be impacted by Cohere. This will better help me understand the business aspects required to deliver such an experience.
I am also looking forward to any planning I can support in advance of the lab.
