What inspires you to focus your energy on this work?
I have lived my life at the intersection of business, sustainability and consciousness. As long as I can remember, I have had an inner drive and passion to help co-create a new way of living and being on Earth. It's what Rennie and I worked on for many years. Fundamentally, the driving force behind my journey is two-fold: a deep knowing of the potential of who humanity could evolve into if we chose and my my unbounded love for the Earth.

MBA in Sustainable Management, Leadership development, complementary currency, facilitation, coaching, operations, financial management; I love systems design
What helps you to be successful in a collaborative environment or team?
My foundation in the 13 life principles. They are a constant practice and guidepost to how to stay in the state of being of respect, open curiosity, no blame and listening. In addition, I have facilitated enough meetings to understand and flow with group dynamics. And finally, I thrive in the environment where creative exchange of ideas happens.

Facilitator - it's where I have a lot of experience. I don't have expertise in DAO's per se, but would love to be involved in the DAO governance conversations.
