-Build regenerative and social impact projects

NOTES & ACTION:
Cohere Network is the hardware, CohereDAO is the software
There needs to be a place for newcomers to come into the DAO and engage with us
Understand the relationship across Cohere Network, CohereDAO, and the LTD
OKR’s & Roadmap is the framework to utilize to establish the guilds operations across the DAO
Begin with the WHY of the DAO → Then go towards the WHAT
From that, we’ll be able to establish parameters through which the guilds will be able to move forward
The WHY of Cohere:
Logan: To allow communal inclusivity for governing how Cohere network(ltd.) grows globally, develops and supports regenerative projects.
Martin: Move away from centralized governance towards decentralized governance
Marcus: Build more equitable and regenerative futures for all

Have more physical engagement throughout the CohereDAO Share more of the building process with El Paredon

Action:
