What do the 🌖 and 🛖 icons mean?

🌖 is a Moonshot — in the goal-setting terminology, that means we are setting a stretch and ambitious goal, and we think that achieving 60-70% of it is a great target.

🛖 is a Roofshot — we just can’t miss it, and we are targeting ourselves to 100% commitment.

How to read statuses?

Please note that statuses are for what we think we will achieve by the end of the cycle!

⌛️ On hold

The KR or initiative is on hold / deprioritized for now

🟢 On track

The KR or initiative is on track to achieve 0.7 or more

⚠️ Behind

The KR or initiative is behind the plan and heading to achieve from 0.3 to 0.6

🔥 Won’t make it

The KR or initiative is going to fail with progress below 0.3

⛔️ Blocked

The KR or initiative is currently blocked

How do we measure progress?

Baseline — initial metric value, measured at the beginning of a traction timeframe

Target — desired metric value at the end of a traction timeframe

Actual — end of last month value, measured at the first week of a month, or mid-month value, measure at the third week of a month (most of the numbers pulled from Looker)

Progress — grade from 0 to 1 that represents the progress of achieving the target value from the baseline (calculated automatically)
