You can use the happy hour view of your meetings table to track your different social happenings for remote employees.

Next, connect your Zoom account by following these steps:

Clicking Options in the table.

Choose Zoom My Meetings from the Insert panel.

Select the appropriate date range then Sync now.

Filter your happy hour meetings by right-clicking the meetings column > select Filter > Add filter > set a filter to Topic contains ‘happy hour’ or the appropriate key word.
