The customer on OMS is the same Customer on the PO

The ship-to addresses can be adjusted accordingly, but the customer must be included in the international selection.

International Orders

Ask RM if the inventory is tax-paid or Bonded.

If the order is Tax-Paid, submit it through the warehouse like you submit all other Tax-Paid orders.

On OMS, click Yes if Crossing Borders.

Once an order is pushed through the warehouse, send a copy of the Proforma Invoice to the warehouse. You can get the Proforma by going to OMS and saving the Packing List.

Submit the proforma to the warehouse with the shipper's Number in the subject line.

Orders Coordinated through US Transport

RM receives an email from US Transport asking us to place an order

OFS will process the order using the carrier US Transport added on the email thread

Warehouse Special Instructions: 3rd Party BOL to be followed via email

OFS places the order on OMS and at the warehouse

OFS sends order confirmation to the customer

OFS invoices the order once it has shipped

When sending out order confirmation use the “exports disclaimer” at the bottom of the email:

Disclaimer – For export arrangements, Park Street can organize the transportation and documentation to successfully exit the US for any shipment currently stored in a Park Street warehouse. All items related to receiving exported products at any given country of destination - including but not limited to - brokerage, compliance, labeling, and warehousing will be the responsibility of the consignee named by PSI’s client. All foreign consignees must be licensed to receive and distribute alcoholic beverages in accordance to the regulations of the country of destination. Park Street will not be liable for any exports returned to the US due to lack of compliance or missing documentation.
