POS Materials
Effective immediately, please ensure that CBA is notified via email before sending POS material to one of the CBA warehouses. They must approve all POS material before it can come into the warehouse.
CBA CA Warehouse Orders
On OMS, under Warehouse Details, put:
When you click Issue on OMS, the order will sync directly to CBA. (NO NEED TO SHARE PACKING LIST) Go to . Click on Outbound, find your order, and double-check the correct quantities transferred via EDI. CBA Carriers
The CBA facilities have added several new carriers to their systems. We should only use Will-CALL for actual will-call orders. Orders submitted to CBA with the airline listed as "Will-Call," followed by a request to update the carrier to a new carrier, will result in a carrier change fee. If the carrier does not exist in CBA's system after submitting an order via OMS, please ask them to create the airline, CC-ing Opsmanagers@parkstreet.com.
For FedEx, please choose the option without our account number listed. For UPS, please select will-call.
CBA Central Will Call Orders Update
CBA Central recently updated its system to validate the city, state, and zip code for outbound orders. It appears that the validation currently requires that "Will Call" orders use the city "Baldwin Park" instead of "Irwindale" for zip code "91706." As a background, both neighboring towns are associated with that zip code.
Please use "Baldwin Park" as the city for Will Call pickups from CBA Irwindale until further notice to avoid transmission delays. We will follow up once we have any additional updates.
