The reference for pick-up should be the order # + shipment number (begins with S). Ex. PSI1-SO-NEF20286 and S439132
Park Street is now available as a carrier on Alba's portal. To assist with the US Transport Team scheduling shipments, ALL shipments coordinated by the US Transport Team out of Alba should be processed with Park Street as the carrier.
The carrier is listed as "Park" on the portal.
Many of you have reached out concerning orders at Alba missing PO # #s despite them being entered when the order was placed. We learned from Alba that we need to enter the PO# on both the Ship To & Bill To portions of the order request for it to populate correctly.
From now on, please add the PO# to both fields when orders are entered. We will advise of any further changes accordingly.
Go to → Click on Outbound Order→ Create Outbound Orders.
Alba in-house transfers and CPU carrier
Alba utilizes a specific shipping code for all in-house transfers. Please use the code "SOXF" for any in-house transfers so as not to delay the request or cause confusion on the order receipt. No orders processed at Alba should remain with a carrier as "CPU." As the canned response for open orders mentions, CPU "carriers" must be updated to ensure they are collected on time and by the correct carrier. Please ensure to message Mauro and his team with the proper carrier information so they can update it accordingly.
