Functionalities

Select from the list of items on the panel, and be able to add [as many] drivers you like to the item. For example: Revenue = number of customers * ASP
Also the user should be able to specify the kind of relationship between the drivers, for example, the multiply relationship in the equation above.
People shoud be able to create drivers based on the final entries
Users should have a simple interface to input all the historical data
Click a few buttons and select the time frame, then they should see an unpopulated sheet to paste in the historicals (we may need to convert that to the database model)
Even better, if we have them input the entire historical spreadsheet, they could choose which ones are drivers and which ones are the result

Implementation

We need a table to tell the end results which drivers to look for, this could be done by having the Revenue Item being one of the lookup columns of the rules

Issues

Can I color just a portion of the charts?
Can I Generate a bunch of controls programatically?
No, workaround would be a table.
Apparently you cannot adjust the width of a table once they are grouped
Workaround, a shorter version of the year so that this all fit nicely in one line.
Support showed me you can adujst the width, however there seem to be a parallax movement with the headers

To be Developed

Add a unit system in place, where users can set the unit value and also set the display unit value
Add a new entry type → Margins, takes some items(sequencial) as input, outputs the margin
Also add the ability to display margins as multiples “such as 3x”

This is not the way.
Try clicking the ⋯ next to your doc name or using a keyboard shortcut (
CtrlP
) instead.
