Background

I’m a first generation Salvadoran 🇸🇻 born in 🇺🇸 who is on a journey to keep my Salvadoran traditional cultural dishes alive. At times it feels difficult because our ancesteral memories may be lost and the patchwork that is left takes a lot work to make sense out of. I hope to continue adding to this document, allow it to grow and improve, and share it with loved ones (siblings, cousins, friends, etc.) so they may learn to make and enjoy tasty meals.
