Introduction

The SFry project is an application designed to facilitate HR management within the organization by providing tools for handling requests, complaints, proposals, performance evaluations, and various other tasks. The project was developed in multiple phases to achieve optimal results.

Notification
Notifications are designed and operational, triggering when an employee's request status changes. Employees receive notifications about the status change and new decisions from the company, with indicators for the type and read/unread status.
Filters will be added to allow viewing of read and unread notifications (Mark as read and unread).

Decision
Includes fields for decision title and details, and appears in employee notifications.
The ability to target specific employees or departments and attach PDF files or other documents will be added.

Insurance
Currently, the insurance page displays family information.
A comprehensive addition of all insurance data will be implemented after a complete business analysis.

Calendar
Displays the employee's birth dates and registered leave days.
Reminders will be added for employees to set personal reminders and to schedule task deadlines after tasks are added.

Employees can create and view previous requests.
Each request's impact on employee data or system data will be integrated, with the option to save drafts.

Currently features an administrationspecific survey for employees to provide feedback, with results displayed on the admin dashboard.
The process for creating surveys will be studied to allow admin creation without developer intervention.

Postponements and Cancellations

Postponed iOS Development: Due to the lack of Apple devices for the development team, iOS development has been postponed to subsequent phases.
Insurance Data Addition: Deferred until a complete business analysis is conducted to determine precise requirements.
Filter Feature: Postponed to ensure a smooth user experience and cover all possible scenarios.
Reminder Function: Deferred until a full study of user needs is completed.

Conclusion

Most of the project's features have been successfully implemented, while some features have been postponed for further study and analysis with the aim of ensuring the best user experience. The final delivery date for the project is set for 06-01-2024. The basic systems and tools have also been developed that allow management to efficiently create any future requests, ensuring that updates are implemented smoothly and quickly.
