For any information that you want to roll-up, you’ll need to create a table for that information. The table should include a look-up column to the “Projects” table:
Next, create a control at the top of the page that filters by “Project”:
Right click to view the control settings, and set the control to not allow multiple selections
Finally, in each table, set the “Project” look-up column to be filtered by the control:
By default, and in the template, this control should be left blank. Each time you clone the template to create a new brief (as we will set up with automation in the next step), you will filter that page by the specific project so that you only see information related to that project.
