Unbiased sells recruitment software that uses AI to eliminate hiring bias in the screening process.

It has recently completed a Series A Funding round - £5m raised from VCs and angel investors.

There are 35 employees.

The headquarters are in the UK, and they have recently opened an entity in Spain as a development hub.

Current finance operations situation

Basic accounting has been done by an external accounting firm (CloudSky). Notice has been given to terminate the agreement with them, this will be their last month supporting Unbiased - they have been handling payroll and compliance tasks such as VAT and year-end statutory accounts and tax returns.

Unbiased used to be a fractional CFO. Currently, no one is handling the finance strategy.

The founder is doing all the finance day-to-day tasks.

Scope

0.5 days/week for a FinOps Lead

1 day/week for a FinOps Manager

1 day/week for a FinOps Associate
