Action: Knock on the door, call the client, if the cans are not accessible without going through a latched gate, take a picture of the house #, a picture of the front of the property with no cans and send Oops Text 1. Record your actions in the voice recorder for the office to review.

Due to security and safety reasons, our policy is not to enter a gated yard without written consent. 4.0. We were unable to clean the inside of one or more of the can(s) scheduled for service because it was not empty. Our driver was able to clean the exterior and inside lid of the can(s)
4.1. One or more of the can(s) scheduled for service had loose unbagged trash. As a one time courtesy our driver removed and bagged the trash, we cannot clean can(s) with loose trash in the future. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
WRONG CANS OUT
5.0. As a one-time courtesy, we completed the cleaning of the can(s) left out for cleaning, the can(s) left out were not the cans covered under your service agreement. Each container has its own bin tag an identification, only trash cans that are scheduled for service will be cleaned in the future.

5.1. We were unable to provide service because one or more of the can(s) left out for cleaning, were not the can(s) covered under your service agreement. Each container has its own bin tag and identification, including the Canology service tag, only cans that are scheduled for service can be cleaned. Please contact the office if you would like us to add a can to your service agreement.

6.0 Animal feces was found in one or more of the cans today. As a one-time courtesy, we completed the cleaning, but we will be unable to provide service unless all feces is bagged as our cleaning system cannot accommodate this contaminant.
6.1. Unbagged compacted animal feces was found in one of the cans scheduled to be cleaned, as a result, we were unable to clean the inside of the can as our cleaning system cannot accommodate this contaminant. Our driver loosened the feces to help facilitate removal during your next scheduled pickup. Our driver was able to clean the exterior of the can. Please contact the office if you would like to schedule a second cleaning. Our driver was able to clean the exterior and inside lid of the can(s)
HAZARDOUS MATERIAL
7.0. We could not clean one of your cans because it contained hazardous waste, chemicals, adhesives or a substance that is not compatible with our truck's filtering system.
PRE EXISTING DAMAGE
8.0. We successfully cleaned all the cans scheduled for service today, as a courtesy we would like to point out that one or more of the cans had pre existing damage prior to service.
UNABLE TO GET EXCELLENT RESULTS
9.0 Regrettably, we were unable to obtain excellent results we typically achieve. The outcome of a one-time cleaning is dependent on the condition of the can, which includes the length of time and consistency of the buildup. The driver put your cans through three extended steam cleaning cycles, although there was an improvement, the buildup on your cans needed more than a one-time clean. We did spray a degreaser on the cans to continue loosening the grime.
