General Rules

We usually have a pick-up time of 3 pm, but we're happy to be flexible if you need to arrange a different time.
We ask that you return the campervan by 11 am so we can get it ready for our next guest. However, we understand that plans can change, so please let us know if you need to arrange a different drop-off time.
To keep our campervan smelling fresh, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside.
While we love festivals, unfortunately, we don't allow them in our campervans.
We'll provide you with a full tank of diesel when you pick up the campervan, and we ask that you return it with a full tank as well.
Our campervans are not designed for off-road or beach driving, and we ask that you avoid extended driving on gravel roads to keep our campervan in tip-top shape.
In the event of any damage, please let us know right away via phone call or text. We'll need to know who, what, where, and when so we can take care of it as soon as possible.
Your safety is our top priority, so please pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. In case of an accident, please get off the road and stay safe. You can call us or Camplify on 0330 808 1811 for assistance.
We expect you to return the campervan clean and tidy. While we don't expect it to be spotless, excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
If you have any questions about how to use any of the appliances in the campervan, please don't hesitate to send us a message.

Driving

If you're new to driving a campervan or driving on the right side of the road in the UK, let us know, and we'll arrange a test drive before your hire.
Our campervan Luna is a bit of a slowpoke, so please limit your speed to 60mph to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey.
When you park the campervan, please make sure it's in first gear and the handbrake is on to avoid any accidents.
Make sure that all the cupboards/ drawers, windows and ventilator are shut before you drive off. Also make sure that there aren’t any unsecure items left in the back, as they will fall while driving.

Most importantly

We want you to have fun on your journey! If you have any questions or concerns along the way, please don't hesitate to contact us.
