Summary

New mothers and expecting mothers will initially know nothing about the BSW Maternity/Postpartum Care program. Only after meeting with a participating OBGYN will they learn about whether they are qualified to be in the program. They will eventually receive an email that contains a link to tap or click that will begin the onboarding process for the patient.
