Find a formula or conditional format where if Quantity type is “checkbox” then the amount in the next column would have a checkbox. If Quantity type “individual” is selected, then amount column would be left blank/”0”.
Add if then statement: If quantity is less than/equal to ____, then item name would be listed in new table (preferably new page). When user clicks “send” button, an email would be sent with the new table to show items that are needed.
