BB
Benoit de Bellefroid
Objective
Share personal stories to uncover common themes and key factors driving motivation.
Instructions
Form Small Groups
Divide participants into groups of 3 or 4.
Ensure each group has a designated timekeeper to help manage speaking times.
Share Personal Stories
(15 minutes)
Each participant takes turns sharing a story about a time when they felt
particularly motivated
.
They have
3 minutes
each to tell their story.
Encourage participants to focus on:
What the context was (personal or professional).
What factors contributed to their motivation.
How they felt during and after the experience.
Identify Common Points
(10 minutes)
Once all stories have been shared, the group reflects together:
What are the
common points
across the stories?
What
key factors
seem to activate motivation for everyone?
Agree on
3–4 key factors
that best explain what drives motivation in the group.
Transfer Insights to menti.com
(5 minutes)
Each group creates a list of
keywords or short phrases
that represent the motivational factors.
These are entered into the menti.com tool, which will compile and visualize the results in real-time for all participants.
