The new emails you set up aren’t for United Way employees, they are for AmeriCorps members. So they should be for Laura Anderson and for Krista Marshall. That is why we have that subdomain email tracking sheet because we don’t use their names and it gets messy really fast. Can you set those up please? Google Drive for Desktop has disappeared from my Microsoft folder system. It’s inconvenient because now anything that is not a Google product, I have to download to open and edit it, whereas when I can access it from my folder system, it opens in the original file format/program. I tried uninstalling and redownloading it but that didn’t work.

I have been working with Les Olsen who called to say that my computer crashed. I didn’t notice it, but they did a clean up for me. A few days later they said that it crashed again. Again I didn’t notice anything. They recommended a new computer. I wondered if you mind taking a look to see if that is the best course of action. Thanks!

Our security service (Denco) will only allow us to create our key fobs through Internet Explorer, which we can no longer access. I don’t show the options for the work around show up when I am following the instructions. Is there a way to be able to access IE through Edge easily? We will need Jill and Amber to also have access to IE. We are unable to make fobs at all, so I will rank it a 5, but it’s not an emergency. Thanks Ben.

I keep getting the Error Code “Not enough memory to open this page” when I try to open a google document, but I only have two tabs open in the Drive, Outlook, Adobe and Zoom. No matter what I shut down, I still get that same code. I have also been getting “Page Unresponsive” multiple times and it is like the whole computer is unresponsive and I have to force a shutdown because I don’t have the ability to click on anything. It has also been flickering a black screen on and off the last few days. I have had all of these issues in the past independent of one another and not all together. Turning off my computer would solve the problem until weeks later until the last few days. I turned my computer off 4 or 5 times yesterday and once already today and it isn’t fixing the issues like it has in the past—I will maybe get an hour or two of work in before it starts doing it again. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hello :) Will you change the forwarding on Tamara Forsyth and Debbie Noseworthy microsoft email accounts to Sarah’s email. These two people had roles more aligned with Sarah’s role than mine and she is going to go forward with determining if we are receiving anything important in these email accounts so we know if we can delete the accounts. So stop the forwarding to my email (or maybe it’s forwarding to Melissa’s email and then coming to mine?) and then begin forwarding to Sarah’s email. Thank you!

I don’t think I’m receiving emails. There’s an exclamation point icon on my outlook. I try to fix it and it wants me to do some extra authentication, but then it tries to hijack my phone and make my phone have extra security. I don’t keep my work emails on my phone at all.

Please help me order a computer, external monitor, keyboard, and docking station for Caleb. We will transition him over to the new computer when possible- sorry again for the double work! I gave him the new external monitor I had in my room so this one that is purchased will be available for other employees. I also gave him a mouse we had on hand. Starting on 8/13/24 need to begin removing Caleb’s access on all accounts. We cannot delete his Google account- we will need to make sure whoever replaces him gains ownership to documents he created, but we obviously don’t know who that is yet. So if we can simply deactivate his Google, then we might wait for a second to transfer ownership of documents. But please remove from the server and zoom, etc.

Please set up Jessa Briggs with an official email and have it connected to the things (server, Microsoft suite, google suite, etc.). I think we can just change the email associated with her Zoom account to the new email?? If not, we will have to create a new one for her after the email is live.
