Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire recruitment process, collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop competency tests and interview protocols, manage the shortlisting of candidates and conduct interviews. Onboarding: Develop and manage the onboarding process, set up new hires in company systems and tools and coordinate with direct managers to ensure smooth role-specific onboarding. Performance Management: Establish and maintain a structured performance management system, develop clear performance metrics to track employee progress, and conduct regular performance reviews. Feedback Mechanisms: Implement feedback systems and facilitate regular and structured feedback sessions. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll calculations and ensure timely payments. Exit Management: Develop and manage a formal exit process and ensure smooth offboarding. Growth and Development: Identify opportunities for career growth and development for team members. Culture Building: Promote and embody Belle Muse’s core values in all HR practices.

Time to Hire: Average number of days from job posting to offer acceptance. Quality of Hire: Performance ratings of new hires after X months.
